Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in one store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service.

You’ll be flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to daily store needs, executing planograms, resets, and signage updates while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service during store interactions using the GURA framework (Greet, Understand needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment in line with Company safety guidelines.
