Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a range of finish-to-start tasks including planograms, resets, price changes, and signage installation, with a focus on providing legendary customer service. The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and teamwork as you support merchandising, fixture assembly, and signage upkeep while interacting with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading/writing/counting skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage incl. circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers per GURA guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
