Job summary

Samsung SDSA is seeking a technical sourcing recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer. You will work with the IT Talent Acquisition team to drive efficiency, own processes, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

Ideal candidates are strategic, data-driven, and capable of partnering with stakeholders across the company. This is an onsite role based in Plano, TX, 9am–6pm, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with emphasis on sourcing passive talent.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in-house or at an agency.
• 2+ years negotiating offers and closing candidates.
• Proficient with modern sourcing techniques and social platforms.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and drive strategies.
• Bachelor degree and ability to commute to Plano 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using Boolean searches and LinkedIn.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices and market insights.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Manage ATS data accuracy and candidate communications.
• Drive diversity recruiting and stay current on industry trends.
• Lead multiple talent strategy projects and report on metrics.
• Contribute to internships, campus recruiting, and onboarding initiatives.
