Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Project Manager IS Operations to lead and coordinate concurrent IS-enabled initiatives across the Piedmont Healthcare System. You will plan, monitor, and direct projects with accountability to achieve goals and benefits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of project management experience in IS, with PMI certification preferred. A Master's degree is also preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar certification is preferred.
• 4 years of progressively responsible project management/IS-related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, monitor and direct concurrent multidisciplinary IS projects across the Piedmont Healthcare System.
• Provide high quality project management and analysis for clinical and operational issues.
• Partner with leaders to identify priorities and achieve initiative goals.

Responsibilities:

Leading, planning, monitoring and assisting with the direction of concurrent multidisciplinary IS projects across the Piedmont Healthcare System. Projects are completed with a high-level accountability to achieve targets. Provides high quality project management and analysis for clinical and operational issues. Partners with key organizational and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a closely related field Required
• Master's degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 4 years of progressively responsible professional work experience involving project management, consulting and analysis, planning, business development, operations improvement or a closely related field in an IS related activity Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar certification Preferred
