Responsibilities

• Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership for the assigned project.
• Develop/maintain Level 1 and Level 2 Management Schedules.
• Advise GC Site Schedulers and project controls on potential schedule issues and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with regional planning leads and GC/EPC schedulers on schedule development, tracking, and reporting.
• Support creation of Primavera-based project schedules and develop schedule narratives.
• Provide schedule inputs to cost-focused controls to align forecast with schedule activities.
• Ensure adherence to scheduling practices with GC/EPC partners and owner objectives.
• Translate detailed schedules to owner-level summaries.
• QC schedule data and support data governance and automated checks.
• Gather and record lessons learned related to progress tracking and scheduling.

Job description

Primavera P6 expert level, Knows how to truly support and drive construction execution planning (not just a P6 jockey), Leadership skills to influence and work with and through the General Contractor, Clear and Efficient communications on complex project issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise for the assigned project
• Develop / maintain Level 1 and Level 2 Management Schedules
• Advises GC Site Schedulers in the assigned project and Project Controls LT of any potential schedule issues and when necessary, provides guidance on corrective action and measures to mitigate any adverse trends
• Collaborates with regional / metro Planning Leads and provides direction and feedback to GC/EPC Schedulers on schedule development, tracking and reporting expectations during execution
• Collaborate with delivery team to support the creation of Primavera based project schedules, lead reviews to achieve approved baselines, develop schedule narratives, maintain, plans and incorporate trends, support Project Leadership team with sound analysis around key project decisions.
• Provide schedule inputs to cost focused Controls colleagues to maintain forecast cash-flow (spend & commitment) alignment with dynamic schedule activities
• Collaborate with the General Contractor and EPC partners (Post-Lease) to ensure adherence to industry standard and Beale required scheduling practices, owner interests, and project objectives translates into and through their schedule deliverables
• Ensure the schedule and earned value systems are in sync in structure and progress trending.
• Effectively translate GC & EPC details to a summarized owner level stewardship
• Actively QC all schedule data, support the development of further data governance and automated measures/checks
• Participates in gathering and recording Lessons Learned for the assigned metro that relate to progress tracking and scheduling functions
