Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Urban Planning or related field preferred.
• Previous internship or work experience in planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researches and collects raw data for projects.
• Performs project analysis using guidance and software.
• Assists with development of maps, exhibits, and reporting.
• Conducts research on planning issues and develops planning alternatives.
• Prepares plans, studies, and environmental documents for transportation projects.
• Supports stakeholder and public participation processes.
• Maintains records and files related to projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
