Impact in this role includes:

1. Managing quarterly and annual planning for marketing and communication programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs, and creating clear roadmaps.
2. Developing scalable planning and activation frameworks for tasks, timelines, and resources.
3. Partnering with cross-functional leaders to assess capacity, allocate resources effectively, and balance priorities.
4. Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of multi-channel programs.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in building and executing multichannel marketing and communication programs.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships.
3. Experience in resource allocation, capacity planning, and managing priorities.
4. Data-driven mindset to measure impact and optimize programs.
5. Highly organized with end-to-end program management experience.
6. Hands-on experience with workflow and program management tools; Workfront experience is a plus.
7. 10+ years of related experience.
8. Bachelor’s degree required.

Benefits and Compensation:
