Caterpillar is seeking a Planning Analyst (3rd Shift) in Lafayette, IN to support PSLD’s logistics operations. You will lead value stream improvements, identify recurring challenges, and drive sustainable actions with section managers and teams.

Responsibilities include using data to spot trends, supporting Lean initiatives, and coordinating with cross-functional groups to ensure customer commitments are met. Onsite five days a week.

• Monitor effectiveness and report benefits.
• Coordinate with support groups for future state changes.
• Ensure operational readiness for upcoming changes.
• Communicate risks and coordinate cross-functional responses.
