Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Bridgewater, NJ, seeks a Planner/Buyer for 3rd Party Operations to lead planning, purchasing, and inventory management for externally manufactured products.

You will work with Commercial Operations and Quality Assurance to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely market releases. Responsibilities include forecasting, purchase orders, supplier meetings, and coordinating launches and transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of planning experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide updated forecasts to external manufacturing/packaging partners monthly.
• Create and submit purchase orders for APIs, finished goods, and materials.
• Lead ongoing supply chain meetings with external partners.
• Align production schedules with external partners to meet timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional handovers for product launches and transfers.
• Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics; expedite late orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Review bids and demand forecasts with Commercial Operations.
• Manage inventory receipts and ensure timely QA release.
• Update SOPs and support change controls and investigations as needed.
• Lead S&OP reviews and develop 3rd party product slides for presentation.
