Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the United States seeks a Planner/Buyer for 3rd Party Operations to lead planning and purchasing for externally manufactured goods. You will manage inventory levels, coordinate with Commercial Operations and Quality Assurance, and drive timely product launches and transfers.

The role emphasizes forecasting accuracy, supplier collaboration, and end-to-end supply chain control to minimize obsolescence and meet customer demand in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of related planning experience.
• 3+ years of ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide updated forecasts at month start to external manufacturing/packaging partners.
• Create/submit Purchase Orders for APIs, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
• Lead Supply Chain meetings with external partners regularly.
• Align production schedules with partners to meet order timelines.
• Coordinate 3rd Party product launches and external transfers from PM.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics; expedite late orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Review bids and demand forecasts with Commercial Operations.
• Manage inventory receipts and ensure timely release to market; support QA.
• Update SOPs, initiate change controls and investigations as needed.
• Participate in S&OP; develop 3rd Party slides for S&OP.
