Job summary

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner and S&OP Coordinator to lead planning, purchasing, and inventory management for externally manufactured products.

You will ensure inventory availability, supply continuity, and alignment with demand forecasts while coordinating cross-functional activities across commercial, supply chain, finance, and operations. You will develop monthly forecasts, manage POs, support launches and technology transfers, and drive the S&OP process with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, demand planning, or business planning.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and scenario planning capabilities.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making processes.
• Understanding of inventory management and supply planning principles.
• Experience working in cross-functional business environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly forecasts for external manufacturing and packaging partners.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for APIs, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations to review demand forecasts and inventory strategies.
• Support new product launches, technology transfers, and external manufacturing transitions.
• Coordinate the monthly S&OP process and planning calendar.
• Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and financial inputs into a unified business plan.
• Develop inventory, capacity, and supply scenarios to support executive decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning reviews and governance meetings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
