Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Supply Planner and S&OP Coordinator to lead forecasting, purchasing, and inventory for externally manufactured goods.

You will coordinate cross‑functional planning with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure supply continuity and demand alignment. The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning, a related degree, and strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in supply chain planning or S&OP.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and scenario planning capabilities.
• Experience supporting executive decision‑making processes.
• Understanding of inventory management and supply planning principles.
• Experience in cross‑functional business environments.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly forecasts for external manufacturing and packaging partners.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for APIs, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components.
• Coordinate the monthly S&OP process and planning calendar.
• Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, and financial inputs into a unified business plan.
• Develop inventory, capacity, and supply scenarios to support executive decision‑making.
• Prepare executive presentations and decision‑support materials.
