Job summary

Spotline, Inc. is seeking a motivated Planisware Consultant to join our business-facing team in Alameda, CA.

You will work with end-users to tailor Planisware PPM configurations to support pharmaceutical and clinical project tracking and resource management, leading workshops and providing practical guidance. You will train users, develop documentation, ensure data quality, and collaborate with project managers, IT, and stakeholders to achieve seamless integration and effective project controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing Planisware PPM in pharma/clincial projects.
• Strong ability to map business processes to Planisware configurations.
• Experience leading workshops and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Planisware solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for using Planisware to support pharmaceutical/clinical project tracking and resource management.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Planisware.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Planisware applications.
• Ensuring data quality in the project plans
• Help look into supporting project synchronization, baselining, reporting etc
• Help with Project Template Changes
• Develop or modify OnePager template
• Be able to participate and support Steering Committee preparation
