You will translate business needs into robust Planisware designs, configure modules, and support governance, reporting, and adoption across product development, R&D, finance, and IT.

Formación

• 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Planisware Configurator.
• 3 years of hands-on Planisware configuration experience.
• Proven experience supporting Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) processes.
• Strong understanding of Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning, Demand Management, and Stage-Gate Processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, challenges, and reporting needs, facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Translate complex business requirements into Planisware functional designs and configuration specifications, recommending best-practice solutions.
• Configure Planisware modules, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, reports, and portfolio structures across project lifecycle, stage-gate, resource, and governance processes.
• Support setup and maintenance of user roles, permissions, and security configurations with technical architects and developers.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize portfolio and project management processes, driving enterprise best practices.
• Develop test scenarios and validate configured solutions, supporting SIT, UAT, and release validation.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive scorecards for portfolio, financial, and resource planning reporting.
• Develop user documentation and training materials, and conduct end-user training to drive adoption.

We’re seeking a dynamic configurator to become a pivotal force in evolving our client’s portfolio management platform. You will be instrumental in enhancing how projects are planned, resources are managed, and strategic decisions are made, directly influencing the success of groundbreaking initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deeply understand objectives, processes, challenges, and reporting needs, facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust Planisware functional designs and configuration specifications, recommending best-practice solutions.
• Configure diverse Planisware modules, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, reports, and portfolio structures, including project lifecycle, stage-gate, resource management, demand management, financial planning, and governance processes.
• Support the setup and maintenance of user roles, permissions, and security configurations, collaborating with technical architects and developers on complex solutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and standardize portfolio and project management processes, driving continuous improvement and enterprise best practices.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios and validate configured solutions, supporting system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and release validation.
• Design and maintain critical dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive scorecards to support portfolio, financial, and resource planning reporting requirements.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training to drive adoption and maximize platform value, providing functional support and troubleshooting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and contributing to roadmap planning and enhancement prioritization.

Must- Have Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Planisware Configurator.
• 3 years of hands-on Planisware configuration experience.
• Proven experience supporting Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) processes.
• Strong understanding of Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning, Demand Management, and Stage-Gate Processes.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering and business workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Prior experience with Planisware Enterprise implementations.
• Industry experience in complex product development environments, such as engineering, manufacturing, R&D.
• Familiarity with SAP, Jira, Power BI, and other enterprise reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting SaaS-based enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Planisware certification.
