Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Global Workplace Solutions professional to lead occupancy planning and space management initiatives in the California Bay Area and broader U.S./Asia regions. The role focuses on coordinating moves, reviewing work orders, and aligning space plans with business needs while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The candidate will collaborate with MAC planners and vendors to implement space configurations, move schedules, and furniture reconfigurations.

Qualifications

• Needs experience in move management and furniture project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with BU customers to provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule moves / new hire requests with alignment from space planning team, customer and in conformance to office space policy.
• Participate in the development and integration of space management tools, processes, standards, and policies to improve efficiencies.
• Manage conference room standards with furniture vendors.
• Able to manage small projects.
