Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Plan WorkStream Leader for the MedTech Transcend Dynamo deployment in North America. The role focuses on ensuring the global OTC template supports NA plan processes, data readiness, and readiness activities with cross-functional teams.

Located primarily in Raritan, NJ with case-by-case remote options, the role includes leading a team of process leads and SMEs, driving alignment, testing, and change enablement for a successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of related business experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Subject-matter expertise in Plan and Order-to-Cash within an SAP environment.
• Ability to drive timely decisions and execute against defined plans while managing risks.
• Strong self-leadership and resilience in ambiguity during transformation.
• Ability to balance diverse stakeholder priorities for consistent process adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess current-state processes and gaps.
• Proficiency with SAP modules relevant to the Value Stream (Allocation Management, Inventory Planning, Order Fulfillment).

Responsibilities

• Lead plan participation in solution confirmation workshops aligned to order management and plan requirements.
• Serve as a plan business representative, guiding global/local process requirements and resolving questions.
• Drive plan change impact assessment and readiness across the O2C deployment.
• Represent plan in system demos and design reviews with structured feedback.
• Oversee plan data readiness, including cleansing, validation, and deployment prep.
• Define and govern plan test scenarios to support end-to-end O2C validation.
• Lead validation activities for the plan workstream through testing and simulations.
• Assess impacts to Plan KPIs, service levels, and customer experience.
• Ensure Plan SOPs are updated and approved prior to deployment.
• Provide leadership support for cutover planning, training, and early-life stabilization.
