Job summary

US Tech Solutions is hiring a Supply Chain Manager in Thousand Oaks, CA for a 4-month contract. The role supports the Plan-to-Stock (PTS) organization by coordinating change controls, document revisions, change management, and training across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include managing Change Controls lifecycle, updating CDOCS documents, coordinating communications, and providing PTS training support to keep activities on schedule.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with 4+ years or Associate with 8+ years or HS diploma with 10+ years.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with Change Control and/or controlled document processes in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive Plan-to-Stock (PTS) Change Controls from initiation through closure, maintain trackers, coordinate inputs with stakeholders, monitor due dates and escalate risks to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate PTS document revisions in CDOCS: draft/update SOPs, WIs, and GDEs; route for review; address comments; track revisions to final approval.
• Manage PTS Change Management activities: maintain plans and trackers, coordinate activities across PTS, prepare stakeholder communications, organize meetings and engagement events.
• Support PTS training activities: track deliverables, coordinate reviews with BPOs and SMEs, consolidate feedback, keep training development on schedule.
• Provide operational backup across PTS: step in during absences or high workload to prevent delays.
