Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Specialist Manufacturing on a 6‑month contract to own and execute deviations, CAPAs, CAPA-Verification, SICAR/EN, and Change Control quality records under the quality system.

This role requires coordinating cross‑functional teams, driving timely closure of records with suppliers and External Supply peers, and presenting concise quality summaries to Senior Management in multiple forums.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, or Master's with 2+ years experience; or Bachelor's with 4+ years experience; or an Associate's with 8+ years experience.
• Experience managing deviations, CAPAs, CAPA-EV, change controls, and SCARs.
• Experience navigating SAP ERP and quality management systems (TrackWise/Veeva).

Responsibilities

• Close deviations, CAPAs, CAPA-EV, SICAR/EN, and change controls under QA procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations with internal and external teams to ensure timely closure.
• Build and present quality records summaries for senior management reviews.
• Communicate quality records status across forums and maintain performance metrics.
