Job summary

Advanced Bio-Logic Solutions Corp is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive Plan-to-Stock change controls, document revisions, and change management in a GxP-regulated biopharma setting. The role collaborates with process owners and SMEs to ensure on-schedule readiness and training deliverables.

Responsibilities include maintaining change control trackers, drafting SOPs, coordinating cross-PTS engagements, and providing operational backup to sustain workflow continuity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 2 years of experience in related field.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in related field.
• Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience in related field.
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage Change Controls and Change Management plans, engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Draft, revise, and route controlled documents, following up with SMEs, document owners, and reviewers.
• Monitor and coordinate training activities, consolidating feedback and tracking completion.
• Provide operational backup on PTS priorities as needed.
