Job summary

Kroger is seeking personnel to complete plan-o-gram work in a grocery store environment on a scheduled weekly basis. You will read plan-o-grams, collect new item tags, reposition shelving, and ensure sections are shopper-friendly.

You will also report completion to Kroger supervisors, work independently, and maintain professional interactions with customers and store staff. A smartphone with data access and safety gear is required.

Qualifications

• Read and understand plan-o-grams
• Must read, write and communicate fluently in English
• Smartphone with internet/data access required; app permissions may be needed
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and collect plan-o-grams, new item tags, and new item product to prepare the work area
• Break down sections in order to allow customers to shop other sections in the same aisle
• Re-position shelving and place products according to updated schematic
• Clean up work area and complete forms; report section completion to Kroger and supervisors
• Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain professionalism with customers
• Maintain good relations with store management and staff and comply with guidelines for KOMPASS employees
