Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented plan-o-gram associate to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a Kroger store environment. You will read plan-o-grams, collect new item tags and prepare the work area to perform the section reset.

Responsibilities include repositioning shelves, placing products per updated schematics, and reporting completion to Kroger and supervisors. Must be able to work independently, stay professional with customers, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• English language fluency (read, write, speak).
• Smartphone with internet/data access required; app permissions may be needed.
• Provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to shop other aisles.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; maintain professionalism with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff; comply with Kroger/KOMPASS guidelines.
• Practice safe lifting and adhere to clocking in/out rules.
