Job summary

Kroger is seeking a team member to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a grocery environment. You will read and interpret plan-of-grams, prepare and reset sections, and reposition shelving to match updated schematics. Maintain clean work areas and report progress to Kroger and supervisors.

The role requires reading/writing English, a smartphone for app use, and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. You will interact professionally with customers and store staff, ensuring timeliness and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams and communicate in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access may be required for apps used in the job.
• Must be able to lift and move items as described in physical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to shop other sections in that aisle.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
