Job summary

Kroger seeks personnel to complete plan-o-gram work in a grocery setting on a scheduled basis. You will read plan-o-grams, collect new item tags, and prepare sections for resets, re-position shelving, and place products per updated schematics.

You will report progress to Kroger and supervisors and maintain professional conduct with customers and store staff. This role may require independent work, flexible hours during holidays, and adherence to safety and clock-in policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• English fluency in reading/writing/communication.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required for app-based tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item products; prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and complete forms; report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Comply with KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication and clock-in/out.
• Practice safe lifting.
• May be required to assist outside normal hours during holidays or urgent needs.
