Job summary

Kroger is seeking an entry-level associate to support weekly plan-o-gram tasks in a grocery setting. You will read schematics, collect item tags, and prepare areas for efficient product placement, helping customers shop across aisles.

The role requires basic reading of plan-o-grams, reliable smartphone access, and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. You will work with store teams to maintain cleanliness and safety, following company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and fluent in English.
• Smartphone with data access required for app use.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams and new item tags; prepare area for section reset.
• Re-position shelving and place product per updated schematic.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and be professional with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
