Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of retirement industry experience, preferably in plan administration.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diligent with demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients regarding all aspects of service delivery and plan development consulting.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including participant statements, contributions, distributions, reconciliations, and plan reporting.
• Advise plan sponsors on plan activity and its compliance with plan documents and applicable regulations.
• Backup and support other team members as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients regarding all aspects of service delivery and plan development consulting.

• 5+ years of retirement industry experience, preferably in Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plan administration.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diligent with demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to adapt to changing situations and embrace technology.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The base salary range for this position is $53,500 - $85,600. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
