Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Plan Manager to join our retirement services team in Georgia. You will lead plan development, deliver client-focused service, and contribute to client success through proactive consulting.

The role requires 5+ years in retirement industry, strong communication, and expertise with nonqualified deferred compensation plans. You will work collaboratively, adapt to changing needs, and leverage Excel, Word, and Outlook daily.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including statements, contributions, distributions, reconciliations, and plan reporting.
• Advise plan sponsors on activity and regulatory compliance.
• Backup and support team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients regarding all aspects of service delivery and plan development consulting.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including participant statements, contributions, distributions, reconciliations, and plan reporting.
• Advise plan sponsors on plan activity and its compliance with plan documents and applicable regulations.
• Backup and support other team members as required.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and background.
• 5+ years of retirement industry experience, preferably in Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plan administration.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diligent with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to adapt to changing situations and embrace technology.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The base salary range for this position is $53,500 - $85,600. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
