Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Litigation interest or experience; workers' comp and personal injury background welcome but not required.
• Comfortable meeting with clients, taking ownership of files, and appearing at hearings.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized, self-motivated, and genuinely client-focused.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
• Competitive base salary plus a strong bonus structure.
