We Are Legal Revolution in Beverly Hills is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to handle plaintiff-side FEHA matters, with hands-on responsibilities and a focus on trial readiness. The role offers significant early responsibility and a base salary up to $275,000 DOE.

Join a dedicated FEHA practice with opportunities to advance and develop trial skills in a hybrid Beverly Hills setting. California Bar admission and 4+ years of employment litigation are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Employment Litigation experience.
• FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination experience.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side Employment Litigation matters involving FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.
• Manage written discovery and litigation strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare matters for mediations, hearings and trial.
• Build strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.
