Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar license with no disciplinary history.
• 1 year of in-court litigation and deposition-handling experience preferred.
• Experience in plaintiff or defense side employment law is a plus.
• Superior oral advocacy, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, honesty, dependability, and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Handle FEHA / single-plaintiff employment actions from inception through conclusion.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings and trials.
• Assist in client meetings and consultations.
• Manage caseloads and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters.
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards.
