Responsibilities

Represent plaintiffs in employment discrimination cases, including filing discrimination charges with the government agency and litigating in state and federal courts.

Prepare pleadings, conduct discovery, take depositions, and perform trial preparation and courtroom appearances.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
