Job summary

Jobot is seeking a detailed plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal in New York’s Financial District. You will support attorneys through the full lifecycle of cases, drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and coordinating NYSCEF filings.

You will manage case files, deadlines, and correspondence, ensuring accurate document preparation and timely responses in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, research and analytical abilities to support a busy litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys through full lifecycle of a case, including discovery and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare litigation documents such as Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars, Notices of Claim.
• Coordinate electronic discovery, maintain case records and track deadlines.
• Draft pleadings and notices and manage service coordination and filings.
