Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting complex litigation cases.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; e-filing systems knowledge.
• Excellent drafting, proofreading, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Organize case files, discovery materials, and evidence.
• Review medical records, bills, and other documents.
• Coordinate with clients, providers, insurers, witnesses, and experts.
• File documents electronically via E-Courts and PACER.
• Assist with trial prep, client communications, and case strategy.
• Prepare settlement packages, exhibits, and trial binders.
• Track billable hours and support invoicing.
• Overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
