The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, case file maintenance, and timely filings in NYSCEF, PACER, and E-Law, ensuring efficient progression from inception to resolution. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of NYSCEF, PACER, and E-Law court filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support efficiently from inception through resolution.
• Work closely with other staff and attorneys.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients.
• Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information for cases.
• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Maintain case files and document management systems.
• Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling client meetings.
