The ideal candidate will have a valid Nevada law license and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada.
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff across multiple departments.
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and client correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and participate in case strategy meetings.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and build trust.
• Help mentor and guide support staff in day-to-day legal operations.
