LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a respected Arizona plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in its search for an Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for a recently licensed Arizona attorney or a 1-3 year lawyer with plaintiff personal injury experience seeking a long-term career with a firm committed to client advocacy.

As an Associate Attorney, you will work alongside experienced personal injury attorneys, support clients through all phases

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Exceptional communication and client service skills.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Managing personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
• Assisting with discovery, settlement negotiations, and litigation strategy.
• Collaborating closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

This opportunity is ideal for a recently licensed Arizona attorney or a 1-3 year lawyer with plaintiff personal injury experience who is looking to build a long-term career with a respected firm known for its commitment to client advocacy and successful outcomes.

The Role

As an Associate Attorney, you will work alongside experienced personal injury attorneys, supporting clients throughout all phases of their cases while developing your litigation and case management skills. The position offers meaningful client interaction and hands-on experience in a collaborative environment focused on achieving outstanding results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers

Base Salary: Starting at $100,000+ DOE
