Progress Analytics seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney in California to handle cases from inception through resolution. You will draft discovery, take depositions, handle motions, and appear in court while managing client communications and trial prep.

Formación

• 2+ years of California Civil Litigation experience; Personal Injury preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice in California, in good standing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Spanish language ability is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Office and file management software required.

Responsabilidades

• Litigate personal injury cases from filing to resolution.
• Draft, review, and propound discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Meet and confer; motions to compel.
• Draft and/or oppose summary judgment motions.
• Court appearances and legal writing/research.
• Client communications and trial preparation.
• Pre-trial motions in limine; second chair trials.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Prepare for mediation and attend mediation sessions.
