Responsibilities

• Handle cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and general negligence.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motion arguments.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with partners on litigation strategy.
• Communicate with clients regularly regarding case progress and legal strategy.
