Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in New York City seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to represent plaintiffs in motor vehicle liability cases. The role focuses on litigation, including trial preparation and trials, with opportunities to grow trial exposure.

Salary includes base pay, non-recoverable draw, bonuses/commissions, and a full benefits package. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Law degree (JD) from an accredited school.
• Active NY State Bar in good standing.
• Ideally 3+ years of Personal Injury / auto liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases with diligence.
• Excellent client service, communication, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences and reports.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
