Siler & Ingber, LLP is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney. Candidates should be an active New York Bar licensed attorney in good standing. Benefits include health, vision, and 401K with profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Handle all stages of litigation from case initiation to resolution, including trials.
• Conduct meetings with clients to discuss case details, updates, and strategy.
• Take and defend depositions, as well as prepare witnesses for depositions and trial.
• Argue discovery and dispositive motions in court, effectively advocating on behalf of clients.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding case progress and developments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation/trial experience is required.
• Have strong verbal/written communication skills, strong customer service skills, strong organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task.
