Job description

A national Personal Injury law firm is seeking an Attorney for their New York office.

Candidate MUST be barred in New York.

Fully REMOTE except when meeting clients and attending depositions and trials.

Most of their work is mass tort, medical devices and pharmaceutical but looking to hire a full-time plaintiff or defense attorney who specializes in PI labor law.

Firm has 40,000 clients. They just took over 140 cases from Subin and 130 unnecessary healthcare surgery cases.

Bilingual Spanish a +++

Salary to 200k + 1/3 business brought in.

3% on cases settled (which will add up quickly) and 10% on cases that are first chaired at trial.
