We represent a firm that is looking for multiple Personal Injury Attorneys for fully onsite, direct hire opportunities to service locations in Jersey City, Middlesex County, and Essex County.

Salary: $130-170K DOE

Responsibilities:

1. Take, review, and administer full depositions/oral hearings of case witnesses and experts.
2. Prepare all documents required to file cases for a caseload of 150.
3. Work with paralegals to prepare comprehensive briefs on each case that goes to trial.
4. Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements.
5. Review discovery documents and determine the best course of action for the client in each case.
6. Supervise two paralegals.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Plaintiff PI Attorney.
• Litigation experience is required.
• Must be licensed to practice in NJ.
• Experience managing a large caseload (around 150 cases).
