Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Our client is a respected and growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm based in Nutley, NJ, dedicated to providing compassionate, results-driven representation for accident victims across the state. The firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with at least 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
• Maintain client communication and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients effectively at all stages of litigation.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New Jersey.
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
• Passion for client advocacy and delivering results.
