We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a reputable and growing plaintiff’s law firm with a strong presence in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their legal needs and develop case strategies
• Handle a caseload of approximately 150 personal injury cases
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials
• Conduct and defend depositions, including those of witnesses and experts
• Prepare cases for trial in collaboration with legal assistants and paralegals
• Attend hearings, court appearances, and case conferences
• Supervise two paralegals and coordinate case management
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and manage property damage claims
• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in New Jersey
• Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
• Experience with litigation and trials
• Strong negotiation, case strategy, and advocacy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (e.g., Smart Advocate)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a heavy caseload independently
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Willingness to travel to court as needed
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and sit for extended periods (7–8 hours/day)
• Manual dexterity required for use of standard office equipment
