A national plaintiff litigation firm is hiring a litigation paralegal for its Tampa office. The cases are complex, the clients are seriously ill, and the work is real litigation, not intake.
The work: supporting attorneys through the litigation phase of toxic tort and personal injury cases. Discovery responses and document production. Scheduling and preparing for depositions. Trial binders and exhibits. Deadlines tracked in the firm's case-management system. Clients and their families kept informed.
Who fits: litigation paralegal experience on the plaintiff side, with real discovery, deposition and trial-preparation work. Florida practice experience is strongly preferred. You pick up a new case-management system quickly, and you move a file forward before anyone has to ask. You want a long career as a paralegal.
Pay: $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience. Full benefits.
Schedule: Monday through Friday in the Tampa office.
