Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on litigation-paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of State and Federal court procedures and filing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document/case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with all phases of litigation from case initiation through discovery, deposition, trial preparation, and resolution.
• Review, organize, maintain, and manage case files and supporting documentation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, interrogatories, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate the collection, review, organization, and production of documents for discovery.
• Monitor court deadlines and assist with State and Federal court filings.
• Maintain accurate and organized case records while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
