Jobot is seeking a remote attorney to handle plaintiff-side lemon law matters for a well-established Southern California firm. You will draft pleadings and discovery, conduct depositions, and participate in negotiations and trial preparations under attorney supervision.

Licensed in California with a JD and 1–3 years of civil litigation experience is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and the role offers full remote work with potential bonus opportunities.

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and settlement documents under attorney supervision
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances with increasing autonomy as experience develops
• Work closely with clients to gather evidence, assess damages, and prepare cases for negotiation or trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy development and case evaluation to achieve the best outcomes
• Maintain organized case files, meet deadlines, and manage a steady volume of active matters

Job Details
