Jobot is seeking a California-licensed attorney with 2+ years of construction defect litigation experience to join our civil litigation team in a remote capacity. The role centers on assisting in all phases of litigation and drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery while receiving mentorship from experienced trial attorneys.

You will conduct legal research, participate in depositions and hearings, and help develop litigation strategy under senior supervision.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practice.

• Assist with all phases of construction defect litigation, from case inception through resolution.
