Baldwin Group Colleague is seeking a Placement Manager to service client needs, prepare RFPs, and craft data for marketing efforts to source alternative coverages. The role emphasizes negotiating with carriers to secure optimal plans and maintaining professional client communications.

The position requires knowledge of the insurance marketplace, the ability to design client solutions, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the insurance marketplace and develop relationships with key underwriters.
• Assess client needs, design solutions and negotiate with carriers for best coverage.
• Market high-complexity client business to multiple carriers for new and renewal opportunities.
• Identify appropriate carriers, submit quotes, negotiate favorable terms and prepare proposals.
• Stay current on industry news, products, coverage and technology.
• Attend meetings, workshops, carrier events, and networking functions when requested.
