Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team in Minnesota. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored home, auto, and personal liability solutions and by actively generating new business opportunities.

You will provide exceptional service, stay knowledgeable on industry products, manage policy renewals and endorsements, and collaborate with underwriters and service teams to ensure seamless client

Qualifications

• Valid property and casualty license or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products (home, auto, renters, umbrella).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with individual clients to provide personalized insurance products, including home, auto, and personal liability policies.
• Identify and assess customer needs through proactive outreach, client consultations, and policy reviews.
