Job summary

Hemab is seeking a Scientist, PK/PD Modeling & Simulation in Cambridge, MA to develop population PK/PD, PBPK and QSP models to support dose selection and trial design.

You will collaborate with clinical pharmacology, nonclinical, and regulatory teams to inform clinical development strategies and regulatory filings, while contributing to model-informed drug development across Hemab’s pipeline.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmacometrics, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with population PK/PD modeling software (NONMEM, Monolix, Phoenix NLME) and programming languages (R, MATLAB).
• Experience with biologics PK/PD, translational modeling, or TMDD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and execute population PK/PD exposure–response, PBPK and QSP models to support dose selection and trial design.
• Perform simulations to inform early clinical study design and clinical program decisions.
• Analyze PK/PD data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clinical teams.
• Contribute modeling insights for regulatory submissions and respond to agency questions.
